Cancellation Policy
Booking: Our meeting room is free to book and available online at any time. Extensions: If the room is available after your booking, you’re welcome to book another time slot. Capacity: The meeting room can comfortably hold up to 10 people. Cancellations: We understand plans can change — there’s no fee for cancelling your booking. Please cancel online if you no longer need the room, so others can use it. You can cancel or reschedule your meeting room booking online up to 1 hour before your start time. Food & Drinks: Feel free to order food and drinks from our cafe during your booking. Outside food is not permitted. Courtesy: Please leave the room tidy for the next guests and respect your booking time.
